Can we book?
Currently we’re taking bookings of 2 - 12 to a table, up to 2 hours and 30 mins timeslot.
What kind of seating arrangements do you offer?
We have a range of different seating options. We have 3 x low Viking tables that seat up to 12 people (chairs with backs), and an array of lower seated barrel tables (low stools) that seat 3-4 guests. The majority of our tables are Bar/Tall tables with tall stools that seat 6-8 guests. In the beer garden, we have 4 x large low seated tables with bench seats that seat up to 10 guests.
Can I book for longer than 2 hours and 30 mins?
If we have space we'd love to have you stay longer.
What are your Taproom trading hours?
Friday 12pm - 10pm
Saturday 12pm – 10pm
Sunday 12pm – 5pm
How do I book?
Please book through our bookings system via Now Book It HERE.
Are you taking walk-ins?
Absolutely! We highly recommend bookings, however we will always make some room for Walk-in opportunities.

What is the dress code?
We love a good dress up, just make sure you have adhere to the ‘no shirt, no bare feet = no entry’ logic. Little tip, thongs don't stop chunks of glass, so keep that in mind when choosing your brewery outfit.
Are children welcome?
Yes! Please keep in mind children are to be counted towards your booking. Please also ensure their children have shoes on at all times due to the possibility of broken glass etc.
How far can I book into the future?
At the moment our bookings are open indefinitely.
Will you be hosting brewery tours?
No we cannot host brewery tours at this time. Please get in touch with Bayside Beer Belt to arrange a brewery tour for the local area.
How do I cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking please email us at bar@wolfofthewillows.com.au only. Please also call us on 03 9587 2480
How do I order food and drink?
All food and drink orders will be made available via Mr Yum, an online ordering platform you can use via your smart phone. Scan the QR code and the menu will appear. Food can be ordered in groups or by each individual. All food and drinks will be delivered to your table. You can also order everything at the bar. Our liquor licence requires that food is served in conjunction with drinks and only to persons aged +18 and over.
What about the weather?
If you are seated outside and it rains, depending on bookings inside, we'll do our best to reseat you. However, there are umbrellas covering as much of the outdoor tables as possible. As always, we will do our absolute best to ensure you have a great experience.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Due to food health and safety, dogs are accommodated, but are not allowed to enter the indoor area of the venue and must be supervised at all times. Please make a note of this when booking your table into the comments area of the bookings site and we will try our best to accommodate your table that suits dog owners best. We absolutely LOVE dawgs, but we do reserve the right to ask you to remove your faithful hound if they are creating a disturbance for other patrons.
Can Wolf of the Willows refuse entry?
Management reserves the right to refuse service and entry in accordance with Wolf of the Willows policies and protocols and in accordance with the Liquor Control reform act 1998.
