Wolf of the Willows reserves the right to refuse supply to any consumer.

Refund/Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you buy off us but we do have to have some 'fairplay' guidelines for how we manage Exchanges and Returns.
Common sense must prevail here - please make sure you want the product before you buy it. We sell beer, merch and brew your own products. Everything we love! Make sure you do as well before purchasing.
Real Beer is a perishable item and we cold store all of our beer to get it to you as fresh as possible. Once it's shipped its starting to age - "Treat like Milk" is a way to help understand what happens to beer when it's not cold stored. As a consequence, if you change your mind about the Beer you've purchased unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or return it. Please choose carefully as a consequence.

For Brew You Own Products, this will be a case by case basis as some are perishable, some are measured to order, etc but some are also off the shelf.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wolfofthewillows.com.au and we will give you an exchange reference number. Please send your item to: 39 De Havilland Rd, Mordialloc, VIC, 3195. and include the reference number. We will then charge you a fair shipping rate to send out the exchange item.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to you receiving them. If you feel this is the case please contact us via info@wolfofthewillows.com.au, including a relevant explanation and photos (where applicable)
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned / exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned / exchanged.
Gifts
Merch items given as gifts must be was marked as a gift in the shopping carts notes when purchased. If shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they can pass onto you.
Please ensure you have all relevant details of the purchase, such as date, name, delivery address, and Merch details for to track.

If an item arrives and it has been damaged please take photos of the external packaging / box, showing the external damage, and include a photo with the delivery delivery label. Please also take photos of the actual damaged items.

In accordance with consumer law, we will only refund if the product sold to you 'is not fit for purpose'. Please ensure you have a valid reason for wishing to gain a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) working days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
